Ocsal works with a S.I.G. (Integrated Management System) which covers the areas of

 - System of Ethical and Socially Responsible.

The aim of S.I.G. is to avoid duplication, optimize resources and simplify management, thereby making it possible to always have a global vision content and impact of decisions taken.
The last two are part of the Strategic Plan of the company, which in addition to continuous process improvement, customer satisfaction and staff, and efficient use of human and material resources are to basics of business management that seeks excellence in its activities according to the EBEM (European Business Excellence Model).
