THE FORMATION OF THE STAFF IN OCSAL, SL

The principal aim of the formation in the company Ocsal, S.L. is the training and permanent update of competitions of our staff, to allow them to have a major professional development and, with it, an ideal performance of the entrusted activities, at the same time that is an instrument of motivation that favors the internal communication, and improves the degree of implication of the persons in the projects of our clients.

The Plan of Formation contains all the information of the railway sector and consists:

• Theoretical and practical contents

• Aims

• List of persons who the courses are directed

• Calendar foreseen (developed in agreement to the works and needs of personnel)

• Place where the courses are going to be developed.

The formation plan in our company presents, among others, the following advantages

• Help the new workers to the integration / socialization inside the whole Ocsal, S.L. team

• Diminish the rate of rotation

• Fast learning of the functions for the assembly, disassembly and maintenance of railways
